強烈要求郭氏三兄弟辭職

這是什麼道理?

管理層話不希望郭氏三兄弟的私人事務、會影響新地業績記者會的焦點,因此已休假的大哥不出席,連兩個細佬都選擇做縮頭烏龜,索性不出席記者會。

大佬呀!你三兄弟孭住主席、副主席、董事總經理多職,而家話唔想因為私人事務受關注而不出席記者會,不單是對傳媒一種歧視,亦完全是將小股東的知情權及尊重棄之不顧。

面對市場愈來愈多對企業管治的質詢,選擇逃避絕對是危機處理下下之策。私人事務其實真係無咩興趣知,但你家族情仇影響到公司事務、包括管理層更替,就是股東所關注的切身利益,亦是企業管治的問題。更甚的是一個郭老太,本身在董事會無權無職,不過跟據副主席李兆基所講,郭老太可以叫邊個行開就行開,完全凌架所有董事之上,作為股東,其實真係完全被曚蔽了知情權。

其實真係可以唔出席,家事都可以唔外揚,只要三兄弟即時辭職,交由專業管理層負責,我理你啥?

的確身為一間大企業的主席..卻藏頭弄尾毫無級數..?!你們便是自己口中的專業管理層嗎?!專業?????
其實新地管理層與郭氏三兄弟的參考與否影響不大。

當一間公司以公司化運行後,名義上的話事人只是代表仍是郭家品牌。

與其面見傳媒都只問家事,倒不如交給伙記只說公事。

能為股民賺錢及維護股東利益,已很有良心了!

Please kindly tell Mr. Sze of Centaline Property Agency Ltd. (中原地產)that he'd better re-train his careless and irresponsible staff. One of his staff of Wanchai Branch has damaged my key to my apartment and he even brave enough to ask me for another one! His poor attitude, manner and sub-standard performance spoil the good name of Mr. Sze and his biggest property agency in HK. I am extremely disappointed with such appalling service. I demand my GOOd key back! Tell his Wanchai and Causeway Bay staff to give me back my good key. I told them many times my key was for the wooden door, but they were too lazy to mark it down. Many agents went there - NO problem. Only your staff give me so much trouble - damaging my property!!! I guess NOT all your staff are professional agents! Thank you for your attention.

To Mr. Sze Wing Ching of 中原地產Centaline Property:

Your staff Geffery Cheung of Wanchai Branch (灣仔星域軒分行 :香港灣仔莊士敦道55至61號修頓大廈地下C2A及C2B舖) illegally copied my key to my apartment.

It was absolutely careless and irresponsible of him (Geffery Cheung) to have my original key damaged and it was undoubtedly unprofessional and unethical of him to illegally copy my key (borrowed from other agency) to my apartment.

Are your staff trained? Have they all got their certificate to work at your real estate agency? Do your staff know what legal and what illegal act are? Very poor management, training and supervising! Disappointed!!!!!!!!

I would also like to share my experience with the agents of Centaline Property. I once asked Centaline Property to let my property. For reasons unknown to me, I found out that one of the agent of Centaline Property entered the property and carried out some malicous damages to the propery by scratching the lamp switches with cutter and did some minor graffti to the wall. I have experience with agents from both 1200 and Centraline and I generally find 1200 staff rendered good service. Agents of Centraline are with varying degree of integrty.
