最近大家對富豪榜零舍多興趣,好似數下香港方邊個富豪身家唔見左九成,又或者百萬富翁唔見左幾多個!

不如睇下日本,佢地呢個星期都出左一個富豪榜,新晉富豪係UNIQLO母公司、「FAST RETAILING」總裁「柳井正」,福布斯公日本富豪榜,佢以身家六十一億美元,成為日本首富。

過去一年,「柳井正」成為四十個富豪之中,身家唯一有進帳嘅富豪,增加左十四億美元,令排名跳升五位,可以話係一個異數!

至於前年排名首次嘅任天堂前董事長「山內溥」,就連跌兩級,而喺日本相當流行嘅彈珠公司前主席「毒島邦雄」就以五十二億美元身家,排喺第二位。

如果計晒四十個富豪,佢地舊年身家無左兩成三,比起香港班富豪,身家累積唔見左五成四,可以話「跑嬴大市」!

講番「柳井正」,佢84年開始成立UNIQLO,迅速成為日本最大零售causal wear代表,喺日本分店超過七百間。

舊年股價更係逆市上升,雖然由高位都跌左三成,但同舊年年初比較,仍然升左兩成三,可以話係逆市奇葩。

大家有去過香港個九間分店,都會知道佢地唔係賣品牌,賣嘅衫無LOGO,柳井正講過,佢地唔打品牌,係因為相信佢地賣嘅衫,可以做到同其他名牌MIX AND MATCH,因此亦唔需要目標嘅消費群。

喺07年佢地開始主打Designer Crossover,但都係主打低消費市場,可以話食正而家經濟低迷、市民寧願慳得就慳心態。

我地喺Uniqlo初嚟香港時候都同柳井正做過訪問,佢都唔似傳統日本老闆,好似喺東京總部辦公室,就唔設間隔,亦歡迎下屬隨時搵佢表達意。

原來FAST RETAILING個名係黎智英改,86年佢做時裝生意,發明左定量定時交貨嘅生產模式,柳井正當年好有興趣一齊合作,不過最終合作唔成,但柳井正就將佐丹奴生產模式最抄一次,仲索性要埋FAST RETAILING呢個名做上市公司。

難怪當年柳井正有意收購佐丹奴,原來兩者早有淵源。

說來像柳井正或大家樂陳裕光等新晉富豪可以逆市跑出,多少反映出在順景時每個人也可以輕鬆成為大贏家,唯有打逆景波、才會知道誰是真正經營之神。

When the founder of Fast Retailing founded his business, he called up Jimmy Lai and invited him to be an active partner with 10% (or maybe 20%) stake.

But because jimmy lai was very busy with his own busy, he turned him down.

BUT promised to teach him what he wanted about the concept.

Yes, even Jimmy observed he would have been a much richer man if he did have that stake in fast retailing.

Actually I still think is Uniqlo really a fast fashion, like H&M or Zara?

One of fast fashion core element was quick change in design, but with mass production, from this aspect, Uniqlo seen don't match.

實地睇鋪,相比 Zara 及 H&M,Uniqlo 的貨品款較少但量多。

Uniqlo 冇間間去勻,只是沙田個間不時找到我。每次入沙田新城市廣場的 Uniqlo 都見佢收銀機前有人排隊。齋睇個間分店,Uniqlo 唔似 Zara 或 H&M 個類 "快速時裝" 概念店,不過存貨流轉速度肯定有0個兩間咁快。
